Intern Co-op, Human Resources Governance

This application is for a 6-month student role from July - December 2025. Resume review begins in January 2025.You will be a part of the Global HR Governance team. You will contribute to aligning HR practices with global laws and organizational objectives. You will play an integral part in the administration of our HR governance program and contribute to impactful projects and process improvement initiatives.

As a co-op, you will:

1. Support HR governance-related projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and exploring technical solutions.
2. Collaborate with a global network of HR professionals.
3. Provide operational support to the HR compliance program as needed.
4. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.

Example of projects may include:

• Assist in creating and managing a company-wide job description repository.
• Support the development and revision of HR policies to ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits in key HR areas.
• Partner with TA and DE&I teams to ensure process alignment.

Previous experience coordinating projects or working with multiple stakeholders is desired.

Skills required include self-starter, proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidential information management, effective time management, communication, interpersonal skills and a desire to learn about HR compliance.
