Contractor Cold Caller (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and personable Cold Caller to join our remote team.

In this 1099 contractor position, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services or our clients' services, and scheduling appointments or gathering information.

This is an as-needed position, with flexible scheduling based on project demands.

1. Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company or clients.
2. Introduce products or services in a professional and engaging manner.
3. Build rapport with potential customers quickly.
4. Record detailed call notes and update lead information accurately.
5. Follow call scripts and adjust based on conversation flow.
6. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets.
7. Represent ASSIST Call Center Solutions and our clients with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and persuasive.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Must be available for training sessions and team check-ins as scheduled.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
