Full-Time Commercial Engineer - Proposal Development

Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions is seeking a Commercial Engineer for an assigned region.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing commercial engineering support, maintaining knowledge of active BMS projects, generating budgets and proposals, process designs, and drawings.
2. Creating budgetary proposals, process designs, piping & instrumentation designs, general arrangements, and final bid proposals.
3. Utilizing costing and process design strategies to improve project success probability.
4. Preparing proposals on time.
5. Building relationships with regional sales managers and local representatives; assisting sales managers with sales calls, design kick-off meetings, and value engineering reviews.
6. Adhering to internal procedures for bid preparation, tracking, authorization of order packages, and sales forecasting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in water/wastewater engineering or equipment supply field, especially with membrane process equipment.
• Experience in bidding/proposal preparation and understanding of bid/proposal specifications from technical and commercial perspectives.
