Full-Time Commercial Multi-Family Project Coordinator

• Communication:
  • Provide daily communication to the CMF Design Manager on statuses of each project.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Participate in interdepartmental communication.
• Plan and Design Review:
  • Review projects to ensure RFI’s and information for unanswered questions are addressed.
  • Highlight checked dimensions, details, elevations and other necessary information on the project plans.
  • Develop, change, and follow the current Tier checking list for review of all submittals and/or production work.
• Repair Responsibilities:
  • Review all repair and rebuild requests from the manufacturing locations in tandem with CMF Design Manager before sending to the Designer.
  • Assist the CMF Design Manager in effectively communicating with the manufacturing location staff and sales staff in the best steps to solve the current issue and prevent future issues.
  • Maintain the design error log for the CMF design team.

• Previous experience in a building materials environment
• High level of knowledge in the application of the products being designed
• Competency in basic mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry
• Knowledge in architectural and structural plans
• Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of MiTek Management and Sapphire design, BlueBeam and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
