We are seeking a talented Commercial Engineer to join our prestigious team specialising in innovative water treatment solutions across Europe. Based in our European Service Centre in Peterborough, UK.
We excel in providing sophisticated water treatment solutions, from emergency responses to complex long-term projects, employing state-of-the-art technologies including Filtration, Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Electrodeionisation, and Ion Exchange.
- Lead exciting project opportunities from conception to completion
- Develop innovative and sustainable water treatment solutions
- Collaborate with our global experts on process design
- Create compelling customer proposals and presentations
- Travel across Europe for customer engagements
- Drive value-based solutions whilst ensuring safety and environmental protection
Essential Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- Professional certifications are welcomed
- 3+ years' proven track record in water/wastewater operations, engineering or bid management
- Industrial sector experience highly valued
- Background in application engineering, bid management or business development is advantageous
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of water treatment services
- Commercial acumen, including contract law and financial principles
- Experience with water outsourcing contracts beneficial
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Additional European languages highly valued (particularly French, Italian, German or Dutch)
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and EU (driving licence preferred)
