Special Projects Group (SPG) Analyst – Communications & Change Management

Position Overview: The SPG Analyst reports to the SPG Director and supports key initiatives at Kaseya. The SPG team drives strategic efforts in coordination with Executive leadership. This team is designed to be at the center of Kaseya's growth and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support high-impact strategic initiatives by partnering with SPG team members and other departments.
• Develop change management strategies and detailed implementation plans.
• Create communication materials and training materials.
• Ensure change activities align with project timelines and integrate with other work streams.
• Execute tasks, manage risks/issues, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Assess change impact on business units, teams, and processes.
• Support organizational communications and culture initiatives.
• Navigate organizational dynamics and build relationships.
• Support stakeholder communication and engagement on strategic projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, HR, Instructional Design).
• Hands-on experience with organizational change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly.
• Adaptability in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
• Project planning and management skills.
• Experience working with Executives and senior leaders.
• Strong communication (oral, written, presentation) skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications and training tools.
• Experience with training materials and instructional design is a plus.
• Project management experience is a plus.
