Full-Time Communications Integration Lead

BryceTech is seeking a Communications Integration Lead to support the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing a small team.
• Ensuring clear and continuous communication across teams.
• Tracking initiative progress and communicating updates.
• Defining roles and responsibilities.
• Aligning strategic initiatives with programmatic goals.
• Providing strategic insight for process improvement.
• Coordinating communication products based on deadlines.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks (scheduling, resource, etc.).
• Improving communication integration for success.
• Utilizing data-driven insights for process improvements.
• Maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders.
• Building interpersonal relationships and fostering collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (event management, business administration, project management, etc.).
• 8+ years of experience in event management, program management, or integration roles.
• Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, organizational management, strategic management, advanced event management).
• Experience leading large-scale events (conferences, executive meetings).
• Strong experience managing multi-phase projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Secret clearance required.
