Part-Time Community Support Specialist

Zora is an on-chain social network focused on free expression and creator empowerment through crypto.

We’re seeking a Web3-passionate Community Support Specialist to educate and support our community, contributing to its growth.

• Triage and prioritize support requests across various channels.
• Collaborate with teammates across time zones for 24/7 coverage.
• Reduce response times across key support channels.
• Create tickets in Linear for bug fixes and product changes.
• Perform content moderation.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of Ethereum, block explorers, tokens, and market mechanics.
• Experience in customer support or community management.
• Collaborative, empathetic, and detail-oriented problem-solving.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
• Familiarity with tokens, DEXs, and crypto on L1s and L2s.
• Interest in web3 news and culture, especially on Farcaster or X.
• Hands-on experience with Zora or similar platforms.
• Experience in community moderation or engagement.

Expected Commitment:

• Time Commitment: 20 hours per week, including at least one day on weekends.
• Time Zone: Core coverage needed in GMT hours (Western / Central Europe)
