Compensation Program Manager
Maintain and run the operations of compensation programs across Oscar.
- Broad-based compensation planning
- Sales compensation
- Annual bonus plans
Act as the project manager for the Compensation Team.
Ensure all programming is designed in line with market best practices.
Ensure programs are rolled out effectively and transparently.
Administer programs in a well-defined/documented manner.
Support larger Total Rewards and People Team Strategies.
Report to the Associate Director, Compensation.
Location: Blended work culture (NYC, Tempe, LA offices).
Work type: Remote / Work from Home.
Residency: One of the listed states: Alabama, Arizona, California, etc. (see job description)
Responsibilities
- Maintain compensation program operations (broad-based compensation planning, EOY reviews, pay equity studies, etc.)
- Communicate compensation philosophy and programs to employees for transparency
- Act as the point of contact for compensation-related initiatives
- Liaise with Finance teams for accurate budgeting, headcount planning, and bonus accruals
- Assess compensation plan performance and recommend enhancements
- Support SOX compliance during audits
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 4+ years compensation planning and analysis at a public company
- 4+ years project management experience
- 4+ years advanced Excel experience for complex model building and analysis
- 4+ years job architecture and market data analysis experience
- 2+ years Workday experience

Pay Transparency
California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington: $113,600 - $149,100 per year.
Other locations: $102,240 - $134,190 per year.
