Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of? At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. We’re seeking an experienced Complaints Program Manager to oversee high-priority regulatory compliance Programs.
This role involves leading strategic, multi-regional Programs to ensure compliance with global regulatory bodies (e.g., NYDFS, FCA, CBI). The Program Manager will ensure the integration of regulatory requirements into policies, oversee documentation, and drive practical implementation across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Regulatory Compliance Program Leadership: Oversee multiple regulatory compliance Programs to align complaints management with global regulations.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain a Program plan, manage resources, and ensure successful outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Policy Development & Implementation: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to create actionable procedural documentation for complaints policies.
- Audit Findings Management & Remediation: Own the process for resolving audit findings, develop remediation plans, and implement corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, lead meetings, and communicate Program progress.
- Operational Process Alignment: Ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational processes for complaints handling.
- Risk & Compliance Reporting: Prepare and present reports on Program status, risks, compliance gaps, and remediation progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Business, Finance).
- 8-10+ years of Program Management experience, with a focus on regulatory compliance (crypto, fintech, or financial services).
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (NYDFS, FCA, GDPR, etc.).
- Strong Program management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience translating policies into operational processes.

- Proficiency with tools like Google apps, JIRA, and Salesforce.
