Turner & Townsend are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Controls Integration Specialist with expertise in EcoSys to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for rolling out, customizing, and training construction teams on EcoSys software, ensuring efficient project controls and management.
- Lead the deployment of EcoSys software across multiple construction projects.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Customize EcoSys modules to meet specific project requirements.
- Edit and customize EcoSys modules to align with specific project needs and objectives.
- Utilize EcoSys Connect for integrating project data from various sources such as finance, accounting, procurement, design, scheduling, and construction management.
- Implement bi-directional connectors to integrate EcoSys with other software systems like Oracle Primavera P6, SAP, and Microsoft Project.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive training to construction teams on EcoSys functionalities and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support to project teams, addressing any issues related to EcoSys usage.
- Develop detailed project control plans, including scope, goals, and deliverables using EcoSys.
- Create and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and establish timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Track project progress, update schedules, and generate reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project controls and EcoSys.
- Proficiency in EcoSys and other project management software.
- Strong ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Aptitude for identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.
- Precision in creating and updating project schedules and plans.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with construction codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
