Full-Time Construction Project Controls Integration Specialist

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Controls Integration Specialist with expertise in EcoSys.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment of EcoSys software across multiple construction projects.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Customize EcoSys modules to meet specific project requirements.
• Edit and customize EcoSys modules to align with specific project needs and objectives.
• Utilize EcoSys Connect for integrating project data from various sources (finance, accounting, procurement, design, scheduling, and construction management).
• Implement bi-directional connectors to integrate EcoSys with other software systems (Oracle Primavera P6, SAP, and Microsoft Project).
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide comprehensive training to construction teams on EcoSys functionalities and best practices.
• Offer ongoing support to project teams.
• Develop detailed project control plans using EcoSys.
• Create and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and establish timelines.
• Track project progress, update schedules, and generate reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project controls and EcoSys.
• Proficiency in EcoSys and other project management software.
• Strong ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.
• Precision in creating and updating project schedules and plans.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with construction codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
