Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Controls Integration Specialist with expertise in EcoSys.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment of EcoSys software across multiple construction projects.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Customize EcoSys modules to meet specific project requirements.
- Edit and customize EcoSys modules to align with specific project needs and objectives.
- Utilize EcoSys Connect for integrating project data from various sources (finance, accounting, procurement, design, scheduling, and construction management).
- Implement bi-directional connectors to integrate EcoSys with other software systems (Oracle Primavera P6, SAP, and Microsoft Project).
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive training to construction teams on EcoSys functionalities and best practices.
- Offer ongoing support to project teams.
- Develop detailed project control plans using EcoSys.
- Create and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and establish timelines.
- Track project progress, update schedules, and generate reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project controls and EcoSys.
- Proficiency in EcoSys and other project management software.
- Strong ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.
- Precision in creating and updating project schedules and plans.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with construction codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
