Full-Time Construction Project Scheduling Manager

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Scheduling Manager for exciting projects. Skilled in commercial strategies and capable of participating in negotiations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to lead project controls on large/complex projects.
• Leadership in documents and resolving employee performance issues and conducting root cause analysis.
• Drafts comprehensive project procedures and possesses proven knowledge of scope control and change management.
• Oversees accurate project schedules, understands schedule resource loading and leveling, and assists the Project Manager with budgeting and incentive programs.
• Holds an expert understanding of schedule, critical path analysis, resource loading, and leveling, and establishes/maintains client relationships.
• Reviews and analyzes project programs, and oversees progress/performance reports.
• Able to review and assess raw data from project automated systems.
• Serves as a key participant in client/subcontractor negotiations and participates in staffing decisions.
• Ensures tracking database is developed and maintained to cross-check subcontractor funding, work authorization, and expenditures.
• Involved in tracking systems to ensure the Project Management team is fully aware of detailed change order status.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS and 8 years of relevant construction scheduling experience, or demonstrated equivalency.

Preferred Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in construction scheduling from a large GC.
• Experience in management of construction-related scheduling (not EPC).
• Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience analyzing schedule variances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Experience in construction scheduling of large mega-structures (stadiums, sports complexes, high-rises, airports).
