Consultant DevOps CI/CD
The DevOps team works on various missions, such as designing-implementing Cloud and Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms, CI/CD pipelines and processes, and new operational models/practices.
Join the DevOps Platform community as a DevOps Consultant and CI/CD Engineer.
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI & CD pipeline components.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Industrialize the management of deployments and go-live of application services, or even infrastructure, in accordance with best practices (e.g. Infra as code) and management rules (compliance, security, Tag policy, naming...).
- Provide technical assistance to various projects and users of integration and continuous deployment platforms.
- Document CI/CD tools and processes in wikis and define associated recommendations.
For example, you will work on technical environments with the following technologies: Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Jira, Nexus, Maven, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Selenium, Terraform.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience post-diploma.
- Experience in: configuration and use of pipelines in containerized environments, implementation and administration of pipeline technical components, Linux, use of automation and orchestration solutions.
Other requirements:
- Good understanding of build, release, deployment, microservice delivery processes, software application deployment, and configuration in an enterprise environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
Recruitment process:
The recruitment process consists of 2 to 3 interviews:
- Talent Acquisition Interview: Focuses on skills, English level, and motivation.
- Tech & Business Interview: Deep dives into technical skills and their suitability to the needs, conducted with a business expert.
- Leadership Interview: Assesses potential, ambition, and future growth within Devoteam.
At least one interview is conducted in person. A reference check is required, and depending on the profile, technical, English, and personality tests may be administered.
