Consulting Manager - Energy & Utilities

Support consultants for quality delivery and team growth.

Provide strategic guidance and expertise to utility clients.

Client Engagement:

• Primary point of contact for clients, understanding needs and providing solutions.
• Conduct client meetings for requirements, findings, and strategic recommendations.

Project Management:

• Lead and execute grid operations projects for timely and high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee client deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with objectives.

Technical Expertise:

• Utilize deep knowledge of MMS, EMS, and Operational Technology (ADMS, DERMS, DER) for innovative solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in grid operations.

Experience Requirements:

• 5-10 years in utilities, focusing on grid operations and energy management.
• Experience with OT (DERMS, ADMS, DER, SCADA).
• Experience with MMS & EMS preferred.
• Proven track record of successful projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience at a consulting firm providing strategic advice.
• Proficiency in MS Project and PM tools (Jira or VSO).
• Undergraduate degree in technology or business.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with a target base range of $110,000–$175,000 plus bonus.
