Job Details
Independently manage end-to-end project executions. Lead a team of consultants conducting structured analysis and primary research for client insights and recommendations.
Serve as a client point of contact. Identify opportunities for relationship building and development.
Foster a high-performance team culture. Oversee daily project execution and guide junior colleagues' development.
Lead workshops and presentations. Present insights and practical strategies for lasting results at team and client meetings.
Work in complex, dynamic contexts. Provide operational support by structuring analyses.
Support business growth. Develop commercial leads and intellectual capital.
Collaborate with the 3HORIZONS team. Contribute ideas for company advancement, technology development, and consulting approaches.
Fluency in another language is a plus.
5+ years of professional experience in business management or consulting, or similar field.
Master's degree from a top university (technical background preferred). MBA or advanced degree preferred.
PhD and/or academic experience is advantageous.
Proven track record of high performance and achievements.
Proven ability to influence partners and executives.
