Full-Time Consulting Project Lead

• Manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team of consultants.
• Conduct structured analysis and primary research to gain new insights.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients.
• Identify opportunities for client relationship building and development.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of client projects.
• Guide the individual development of junior colleagues.
• Lead workshops with various target audiences.
• Present practical ways to achieve lasting results.
• Provide operational support by structuring analyses.
• Support business growth through commercial leads and intellectual capital development.
• Contribute ideas to the development of the company.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in business management or top management consulting.
• Master's degree from a top university (technical background is an advantage); advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• PhD and/or experience in the academic world is advantageous.
• Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives.
• Fluency in another language is a plus.
