Full-Time Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager will develop and deliver continuous improvement training for external customers in the US and Canada.

Serve as SME on Lean and Continuous Improvement, focusing on rudimentary tools like 5S, Visual Factory Management, Standard Work, Data Collection, and people development.

Focus on leading the development/improvement of customer metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.

Location: Remote, candidates must live in the Eastern half of the US, ideally within driving distance of a major airport.

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% domestic travel required.

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Technical & Field Sales to manage annual continuous improvement plans by branch.
• Developing customer-focused training, tools, and techniques to enhance capacity and consistency.
• Helping establish a formal process for soliciting improvement ideas and feedback.
• Leading and developing project plans with strategic partners.
• Driving metric improvements through cultural and operational engagements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in building trades, focusing on entry products.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and influence customers at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Drive and determination to improve processes and training.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and balance business needs.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean or 6 Sigma).

• Experience with monday.com or other project management platforms

Salary: $81,000 - $124,000 USD
