Full-Time Continuous Improvement Manager

Continuous Improvement Manager will provide leadership, coaching, support, and project management skills to the organization to support company lean transformation. Identify areas of potential improvement and work with leaders to realize improvements using Kaizen tools (Value Stream Mapping, Transactional Process Improvement, 6S, Daily Management, Standard Work, Problem-Solving Process). Support Sourcing, Materials, and Logistics teams, plus Component Supply facilities, ensuring improvements align with MasterBrand Business System.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy sustainable lean standards and tools throughout the organization.
• Establish a Continuous Improvement culture as a coach and mentor.
• Use Value Stream Mapping to identify and eliminate waste using the Kaizen framework.
• Challenge current processes to drive improvement.
• Work with leaders to build Kaizen funnels and opportunities.
• Facilitate Kaizen Events, coach teams through preparation and post-Kaizen implementation.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Materials, Logistics, and Component Supply teams to define KPIs.
• Provide ongoing Continuous Improvement education through training and discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years leadership experience with proven implementation success
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 30%
• Lean Certified or equivalent experience with Toyota Production System (or similar)
• Experience in Sourcing, Materials, Logistics, or manufacturing preferred
• Excellent analytical, project management, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to drive change, coach teams, and manage multiple projects
• Experience in delivering training and facilitating large group sessions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn complex business processes
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and influence positive change
