Job Opportunity: Join Centerfield's Recruiting team for a 5-6 month contract role focused on Insurance (Medicare Sales Agents) for 2025 AEP efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to understand needs.
- Manage job postings & resume screening.
- Utilize ATS (Fountain) for candidate sorting.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules.
- Collect & analyze interview feedback.
- Extend job offers and manage onboarding.
- Maintain candidate data in ATS.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in Insurance or high-volume sales.
- Proven success in attracting & assessing talent.
- Strong candidate relationship & stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, talent, salary recommendations, & interview best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ATS systems.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work autonomously.
Bonus Points:
- Fountain ATS system knowledge
- Experience hiring for call centers or Insurance Sales Agents
- Experience recruiting for multiple locations
