Full-Time Controls Implementation Manager

As a Controls Implementation Manager, you will lead the implementation of critical controls across teams, ensuring their sustainability and aligning with risk appetite. You will embed controls into business processes and help develop control frameworks.

• Manage the implementation and sustainability of critical controls across the enterprise.
• Provide line management and coaching to Control Implementation Leads.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute control improvement plans.
• Deliver expert guidance and challenge to teams, advocating controls as enablers of risk management.
• Monitor progress and resolve blockers through structured planning and reporting.
• Support transformation programs by contributing to the development of future-state control frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Systems; Master's or certifications ideal.
• 6–10 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, or audit functions.
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing controls, with knowledge of COSO and ISO 31000.
• Track record in process design and execution within complex, global environments.
• Ability to analyze risk and control data and produce insights for decision-making.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams across time zones.
• Background in consulting or technology-driven organizations.
