Full-Time Copywriter

Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter/Copy Editor to produce and refine compelling content for our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in writing and editing, with experience in the commercial insurance sector strongly preferred. You will play a key role in ensuring that our client's content is clear, persuasive and aligned with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write engaging and informative copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, social media, brochures, and white papers.
• Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Correct grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors.
• Industry Expertise: Utilize knowledge of the commercial insurance industry to create relevant and insightful content that resonates with our target audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers and subject matter experts to develop content that supports our marketing strategies and business goals.
• Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant information into content.
• Brand Voice and Standards: Understand our client's brand voice and uphold our client's brand standards across all communications.

Qualifications

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional copywriting and editing experience, preferably in the commercial insurance industry or a related field.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate complex insurance concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
