Full-Time Copywriter

As a Copywriter at Vivid and as part of our Growth Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services.

What you will do:

● Assist in proofreading English copies to ensure cohesion among different teams.

● Assist in copywriting in-app, marketing, legal, website and communications texts in English and German.

● Translate content from English to German to ensure continuity and a high language level throughout platforms.

● Assist in managing localisation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of localised content.

● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to allocate resources and review translations.

● Maintain and update localisation glossaries, style guides, and reference materials for consistency.

● Conduct linguistic and functional testing of localised products and services to identify and resolve issues.

● Assist in managing localisation budgets, tracking costs, and optimising localisation processes.

● Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative ideas to improve localisation strategies.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Translation, Localization, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

● Strong understanding of localisation concepts, tools, and processes.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native German. 

● Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in translations and localised content.

Would be a plus:

● Proficiency in Dutch or Polish.
