ServiceNow seeks a dynamic Brand Copywriter for their Film & Video Group.
Responsibilities include: concepting and executing content that resonates across programs and channels, communicating the brand voice and telling customer stories. Open to independent art directors or a writer/art director team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept, write, develop, and execute compelling stories for customer campaigns, brand, solution, and internal videos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive messaging aligning with ServiceNow's brand strategy and voice.
- Interface and collaborate with production partners and vendors.
- Oversee multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines without compromising quality.
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, offering innovative solutions to meet campaign objectives.
- Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, optimize content, and enhance storytelling.
- Champion AI-powered strategies for personalized and scalable messaging.
- Uphold and evolve the ServiceNow brand voice, ensuring consistency.
- Train and mentor junior writers and creatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine copy.
- Share learnings and recommendations for future projects.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally at a top agency or in-house.
- Experience in video and content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects).
- Experience with AI-powered design tools (MidJourney, DALL·E).
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and user-centric design principles.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Compensation: $100,500 - $175,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
