ServiceNow is seeking a dynamic Brand Copywriter for our Film & Video Group. You will concept and execute content that communicates our brand voice, and tells customer stories, in internal and external campaigns, that resonate across a range of programs, and channels.
Open to independent art directors or a writer/art director team. This role requires an inquisitive, conceptual thinker, and storyteller, inherently curious about the world, able to digest complex information, and discover fresh, compelling ways, to tell a story, with humanity, emotion, and even humor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept, write, develop and execute compelling stories for customer campaigns, brand, solution, and internal videos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive messaging that aligns with ServiceNow’s brand strategy and voice.
- Interface and collaborate with production partners and vendors.
- Oversee multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, offering innovative solutions to meet campaign objectives.
- Stay ahead of the curve by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to streamline workflows, optimize content creation, and enhance storytelling.
- Champion AI-powered strategies to deliver personalized and scalable messaging at speed.
- Uphold and evolve the ServiceNow brand voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Train and mentor junior writers and creatives on best practices and brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine and optimize copy based on data-driven insights.
- Share learnings and recommendations to inform future projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying at the forefront of marketing trends.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally at a top creative agency or in-house for a global brand.
- Experience in video and content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing elite-level design work across campaigns, programs, and persona-based initiatives.
- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and familiarity with motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects is a plus).
- Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, generative design platforms) to streamline workflows and explore new creative possibilities.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and user-centric design principles.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and adapt to feedback.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering best-in-class work.
