Job Overview: Partner with business unit leaders on strategy, identify product gaps, and evaluate build/buy/partner options.
Responsibilities:
- Research new markets and translate data into actionable insights.
- Evaluate inbound investment/M&A opportunities.
- Support investment/M&A opportunities through execution, negotiation, and due diligence.
- Plan and execute post-acquisition integration.
- Develop industry contacts and increase ServiceNow's ability to source opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations and contribute to thought leadership on inorganic growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software.
- 4-6 years of professional technology industry experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of leading M&A and investments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail.
Compensation: $135,300 - $236,800 base pay, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
