Contractor Corporate Finance / Investment Banking Professionals

We are looking for Corporate Finance / Investment Banking Professionals to contribute to a cutting-edge research project with one of the world’s leading AI labs.

This fully remote, flexible role is ideal for finance professionals looking to apply their Investment Banking experience to the future of AI, alongside their current professional or academic commitments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Investment Banking or related Corporate Finance (M&A, ECM, DCM, Restructuring)
• End-to-end deal process exposure (from pitch to execution)
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills in Excel
• High attention to detail, with excellent summarisation and written communication skills
• Native or near-native fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
• A genuine interest in AI and automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Break down and summarise Investment Banking workflows (pitchbooks, models, diligence)
• Label and annotate financial data points and workflows for training LLMs
• Build, adapt, and annotate financial models to highlight key logic
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine annotation guidelines
