Full-Time Corporate Sustainability Lead

Overview: The Corporate Sustainability Disclosure & Engagement Lead will lead public disclosures and drive the company's sustainability strategy. This role manages public disclosures, customer inquiries, and supplier engagement. The Lead builds and facilitates cross-functional projects and councils, fostering trust and rapport with customers and suppliers.

Disclosure and Reporting: Own sustainability reporting processes end-to-end. Collate, analyze, and characterize ESG data from partners. Translate materiality analyses into actionable strategies. Support environmental goals, targets, and KPIs. Handle regulatory and voluntary reporting (EU CSRD, annual Sustainability Report, CDP disclosures, etc.).

Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor sustainability regulations with the CSS Director and Legal. Conduct gap assessments, design compliance roadmaps, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection.

Risk Assessment: Develop and embed sustainability-related risk assessments (climate risk, regulatory risk, industry trends, customer needs) with the CSS Director, Legal, and other stakeholders. Support Human Rights Impact Assessments.

Stakeholder Engagement: Lead supplier sustainability engagement, collaborating with Procurement, Operations, Product Engineering, Legal, and Communications. Support customer engagement and environmental initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are essential. Experience as a strategic advisor on sustainability issues, proficiency with sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP), and EU CSRD knowledge are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive, self-starting nature and enjoy cross-functional work.

Location Preference: Milpitas, CA. Remote work considered for exceptional candidates in U.S. Pacific or Mountain time zones.
