Full-Time Creative Operations Project Manager

Why this Role?: Our creative team needs a Project Manager to optimize project flow.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMM, growth, content) to define marketing objectives.
• Develop a prioritized project roadmap for the creative team.
• Oversee creative project intake and prioritization.
• Monitor project timelines and communicate workload/resource needs.
• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, updating on milestones.
• Implement systems to streamline creative workflows.
• Assess project performance and team resources.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of project management experience in creative/design/marketing, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Strong background in creative operations.
• Strong organizational & time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Understanding of creative workflows & project lifecycle.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
