Full-Time Creative Project Manager

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our in-house design team.

You will manage client expectations, oversee the solution's progress, and lead the interface designers' team.

Requirements

• Project planning: Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with product vision.
• Prioritization frameworks: Proficiency in applying models like MoSCoW or RICE.
• Agile methodology: Knowledge of Agile frameworks (backlog management).
• Consultative leadership: Advise clients, guide strategic decisions.
• Stakeholder management: Balance diverse client and stakeholder needs.
• Communication & persuasion: Present complex ideas and trade-offs clearly.
• User research facilitation: Organize and interpret user research.
• Empathy & insight: Understand user needs, pain points, and innovation opportunities.
• Data-driven decision making: Use research & analytics to validate ideas.
• Iteration management: Facilitate iterative feedback loops.
• Resource allocation: Optimize team and tool resources.
• Risk assessment: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks.
• Crisis management: Address unforeseen challenges.
• Change management: Adapt to changing priorities/constraints.
• Lifecycle management: Plan for scalability, future enhancements, and maintenance.
• Growth strategy: Identify opportunities for new features.
• Client enablement: Empower clients to sustain product success.

Responsibilities

• Project Management & Coordination: Manage end-to-end projects, including plan definition, requirements gathering, steps, backlog management, reviews, design process assistance, cross-team collaboration.
• Coordination: Collaborate with clients, Interface Designers, and other stakeholders for project success.
• Client Communication: Facilitate calls to present progress, discuss next steps, and maintain alignment on goals.
• Documentation: Consolidate and manage project documentation.
• Planning & Monitoring: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitor progress, and adapt plans.
• Risk Management: Manage project risks.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and goals.
• Retrospectives: Facilitate project retrospectives.
• Content Clarity: Ensure content is clear and context-appropriate.
• Proposal Management: Manage further proposals in collaboration with the Lead and Interface Designers.
