Own the recruitment lifecycle, leveraging industry expertise to attract top talent and support their professional growth.
- Lead recruitment for creative roles (sourcing, interviewing, hiring).
- Develop sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking).
- Partner with design leadership to align hiring with business goals.
- Build relationships with candidates, maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience; Brightscout brand ambassador.
- Stay informed on creative industry trends, providing market insights.
- Track recruitment metrics, refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements
