Full-Time Creative Strategist/Copywriter

NAS Recruitment Innovation is seeking a copywriter/creative strategist, ideally with recruitment marketing experience.

As a leader in recruitment communications, we need someone with client-facing skills, versatility, and the ability to craft copy and concepts that inspire candidates.

You will work with our Creative Director and in-house team as part of a growing company that values your talent.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing employer branding, career site content, and campaign elements for multiple accounts.
• Crafting and presenting employer brand concepts for clients, encompassing websites, digital media, and print.
• Serving as a strategic partner to clients, representing creative ideas on project calls.
• Conducting focus groups, creating executive summaries, and driving concept development.
• Writing optimized copy for career websites, multimedia campaigns, job postings, brochures, and direct mail pieces.
• Collaborating with art directors and developers to build compelling user experiences.
• Assisting with company marketing materials, such as website updates, blogs, social media posts, and collateral.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of digital copywriting experience (agency or online direct marketing background preferred).
• Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the digital and social landscape, and best practices in interactive design.
• Experience in making effective creative presentations and working directly with clients/prospects.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams). Portfolio submission is highly preferred.
