Job Details
We are seeking a CRM Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize CRM chains.
- Assign tasks to designers, analysts, copywriters, and operations team.
- Handle ad-hoc projects based on business needs.
- Prepare work results reports.
- Develop and execute casino promotions/campaigns.
- Perform basic user segmentation.
- Grow CRM and Retention metrics.
- Monitor and control retention, reactivation, communication conversion metrics, MAU, and LTV.
- Operate processes to enhance sports or casino stream metrics.
- Design communication flows using various channels.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3+ years in CRM management within the iGaming industry, focusing on long-term customer relationships.
- Skills: Experience in building communication flows using various communication channels.
- Proactive & Initiative: Take charge and lead projects to completion.
- Data-Driven: Make decisions based on metrics and KPIs, leveraging data for insights.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with various teams and clients, crafting clear messages.
- Customer Understanding: Analyze customer needs and behavior to develop personalized offerings.
- Creative Problem Solver: Find innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Adaptable: Respond quickly to market changes and embrace new challenges.
- Market Analyst: Research trends and competitors to refine CRM strategies and products.
- English: Intermediate or higher.
