Job Details
Translate and localize CRM and product content: email campaigns, push notifications, banners, in-app messages, promo descriptions and landing page materials.
Work directly within CRM systems to implement translated content with proper formatting.
Proofread and edit translated texts for grammar, consistency, and brand tone alignment.
Adapt content to suit regional specifics, cultural nuances, and local market trends.
Collaborate closely with CRM content managers, and other cross-functional team members.
Maintain and update translation glossaries and style guides.
Apply feedback from internal teams and users to improve localization quality.
Ensure all localized content complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience: 1-2 years of professional translation/localization/content experience, preferably in marketing or customer communication.Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms.Familiarity with CAT tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ) and TMS platforms.Basic proficiency in working with Excel Tables.
Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have: Translation or localization certification (e.g., ATA certification).Experience in adopting content for multilingual and/or international marketing campaigns.Understanding of customer journey mapping or CRM analytics
