Job Details
Client Solutions - Credit Assessment Team Manager team plays a pivotal role within Lendi’s Customer and Sales function.
Fast-paced and varied role accountable for management of Pre and Post Submission Loan Applications, Client Expectations.
- Work closely with Client Solutions senior management to provide strategic and performance support, aligned with OKRs.
- Manage CS teams liaising with customers, lenders, ensuring timely loan application submissions, approvals and settlements.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Coach and mentor team members to drive performance.
Experience
- Preferred: relevant experience, Australian mortgage market knowledge and customer-facing experience.
- 5-10 years Australian Mortgage experience, 2+ years management experience.
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with extension lending/broker/finance support, credit assessment, application processes (submission to settlement).
- Required: Strong understanding and experience in Australian mortgage market.
- Business/Commerce/Finance degree or diploma (preferred, not essential)
- High competency in computer and web applications, effective written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong and fluent command of English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, delegate, and prioritize effectively.
- Required: Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to think and act swiftly.
