OleOle is seeking a hands-on CTO, possibly a co-founder, to own the core technology strategy and lead its execution.
- Define and build the platform's architecture.
- Oversee engineering direction.
- Shape the company’s long-term roadmap.
- Design and lead development of the native Rust backend.
- Integrate real-time messaging infrastructure using WebSockets.
- Oversee the Solana-based OleX token.
- Build the backend framework for AI-powered features.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance.
- Partner with the CEO to align technical goals.
- A proven startup leader with 7-10+ years as a CTO.
- A technical expert with a strong background in Rust.
- A team coach & mentor.
- Experienced in remote teams.
- Willing to work for deferred compensation.
- Ideally has access to capital.
- Lead & build our Rust-native platform from the ground up.
- Mentor & develop a young engineering team.
