Part-Time Customer Care Agent

Customer-oriented service representative needed. Act as liaison, provide product/service info, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.

• Customer satisfaction focus: ensuring excellent service standards, efficient responses to inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer interactions: managing incoming calls, generating leads, identifying customer needs, building relationships, providing accurate information, meeting targets and quotas, handling complaints, and following up on resolutions.
• Record-keeping and administrative tasks: maintaining records of interactions, processing accounts, filing documents, following procedures, guidelines, and policies. Taking the extra mile to engage customers.

Additional requirements:

• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and phone etiquette skills. Strong English proficiency and multilingual/bilingual skills beneficial.
• Other skills: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Good analytical skills, data entry skills, outbound calling experience and sales/upselling experience a plus.
• Experience: At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED.
• Work authorization: Authorized to work in the USA and a resident of the US (excluding specified states).
