Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service abilities, strong communication skills, patience, and empathy are crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build relationships with customers through communication
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within time limits
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Engage customers beyond expectations
Skills Required:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
