We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer account problems efficiently.
Excellent customer service abilities are crucial.
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build relationships with customers
- Provide accurate information
- Meet sales and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints and provide solutions
- Keep records of interactions

- Engage customers
Required skills include:
