We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative (CSR) to act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues effectively. Excellent customer service is crucial.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs
- Building customer relationships
- Providing accurate information
- Meeting sales and call handling targets
- Handling complaints and finding solutions
- Documenting customer interactions
- Following communication procedures
- Engaging customers beyond expectations
Essential skills include:
- Strong communication skills (phone etiquette, presentation)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in English, preferably multilingual/bilingual
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Data entry proficiency
