Job Details
We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative (CSR). A CSR will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer account problems accurately and efficiently.
Excellent customer service is crucial. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building customer relationships through communication
- Providing accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meeting sales and call handling quotas
- Handling complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, and following up
- Recording interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures and policies
- Engaging customers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Multilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Proficient in English
- Experience with outbound calling (preferred)
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Analytical skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the US
