Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer account problems accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build relationships with customers through open communication
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
- Follow communication procedures and policies
- Engage customers proactively
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability and customer orientation
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficient in English
- Computer skills and data entry proficiency
- Outbound calling experience is a plus
- Multilingual proficiency (Spanish) is a plus
- Analytical skills
