Role: Customer Care Specialists are the face of the company, handling customer calls, emails, and chats with energy and positivity.

Job Duties:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assess customer needs and offer solutions.
• Build customer relationships and proactively assist.
• Provide accurate information and updates.
• Resolve customer escalations effectively.
• Maintain records and coordinate follow-ups.
• Participate in calibration meetings.
• Escalate process, training, and communication issues.
• Offer feedback on procedures, training, and policies.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (voice, email, chat).
• Active listening and solution-oriented.
• Energetic, positive, and proactive approach.
• Multitasking and time management skills.
• Stakeholder influence and coordination.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Residential real estate experience preferred.
• Associates degree preferred.
