We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Essential Skills and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Build customer relationships
- Provide accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meet personal/team sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures

Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability to various customer types
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)
