Job Details
We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative (CSR) acts as a liaison, provides product/service information, and resolves customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Ideal CSRs are enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, and communicative. They excel at problem-solving and investigating issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication
- Providing accurate and complete information using appropriate methods/tools
- Meeting personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints and providing timely solutions and alternatives
- Following up to ensure issue resolution
- Recording customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Going the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to exceed quotas
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability and ability to handle diverse customer interactions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in English, strong data entry skills, and computer skills
- Outbound calling experience and analytical skills are a plus
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish) are preferred
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the US
- US resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
