We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills and a desire to help customers are crucial.
Responsibilities include managing calls, generating leads, assessing customer needs, building relationships, providing accurate information, meeting sales targets, handling complaints, following up on resolutions, documenting interactions, and following communication policies.
