We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.
A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building relationships with customers
- Providing accurate information using proper methods/tools
- Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling complaints, providing solutions and alternatives within time limits
- Following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions and processing accounts
- Following communication procedures and policies
- Engaging customers to provide excellent service
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
- Proficient in English
- Strong data entry skills
- Computer skills
- Experience with outbound calling (preferred)
- Analytical skills
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (a plus)
- Sales and upselling experience (preferred)
- Spanish language proficiency (advantageous)

- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- U.S. resident (excluding specific states)
