Job Details
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, providing product/service information and resolving customer account problems accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills are crucial.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls.
- Generating sales leads.
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Building relationships and trust with customers through open communication.
- Providing accurate and complete information.
- Meeting personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handling customer complaints and providing solutions/alternatives within time limits; following up for resolution.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engaging customers.

- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
