Customer Service Representative needed for customer-oriented service.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customer needs
• Build relationships with customer accounts
• Provide accurate information
• Meet sales targets
• Handle complaints
• Follow up on resolutions
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Process accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures

• Experience with sales and upselling (preferred)
