Job Details
Customer-Oriented Service Representative: We seek a customer-focused service representative (CSR) to act as a liaison, providing product/service info and resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Assess customer needs for satisfaction
- Build strong customer relationships
- Provide accurate & complete info using proper methods/tools
- Meet sales/call handling targets
- Handle complaints & provide solutions within deadlines
- Record interactions, process accounts, & file documents
- Adhere to communication procedures & policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven ability to exceed quotas
- Strong phone etiquette & communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Adaptability to diverse customer personalities
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Excellent multitasking & time management skills
- Proficient in English; Multilingual/Bilingual a plus
- Strong data entry & computer skills
- Outbound calling experience a plus
- Spanish language proficiency advantageous
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the US; US Resident (excluding specified states)
